This Privacy Policy explains how Hammerstone Labs LLC ("Hammerstone Labs," "we," "us") handles information in connection with this website (hammerstonelabs.com) and the mobile applications we publish (our "Apps"). If an App has its own privacy policy or in-app privacy notice, that notice also applies and controls for that App where it differs from this one.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- Website data. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may automatically process basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
- App data. What an App collects depends on what it does. Each App's App Store and Google Play listing includes a data-collection summary, and any App that collects personal information will explain what and why before or when it does.

We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, website hosting, email and app distribution platforms), when required by law, or to protect our rights and users. Apple and Google process data under their own privacy policies when you download or purchase an App through their stores.

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
Children's privacy
Our website and Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as required.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the effective date above when we do, and significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
